Make the batter and put it in a baking tin. Place the baking tin in a pressure cooker (do not add any water), close the lid and let it cook for about 30 minutes on low flame. 2. Caramel Custard in a Pressure Cooker

Think it’s hard to put together a perfect caramel custard? Well, this recipe is for you. One of our users, Huda Shaikh, has shared this great recipe to make caramel custard in a pressure cooker. Put the batter in a heat-proof mould and place it on top of a steel cup inside the pressure cooker. Fill some water in the cooker but make sure that the level remains below the custard mould. 3. Chicken Soup in a Pressure Cooker

Chicken soup is perhaps the most comforting meal that you can enjoy on a nippy day.  For this recipe, you will need 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 chicken breast, 1 cups chicken stock, ½ onion diced, 3-4 cloves of garlic, ½ cup green lentils, some herbs for seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. You can also add a cup of dark leafy greens to make the soup wholesome. Heat some oil in the pressure cooker and saute the onions and garlic till slightly brown. Now, add the lentils, chicken and all the other ingredients and cover it with stock. Make sure you use enough stock. Close the lid and let it cook on high heat for about 10 minutes and then on low heat for another 10 minutes. Once done, remove the shred the chicken meat from the bone and add it to the soup. Stir it a bit and serve hot.
