For seasoning, take some flour, salt and pepper. Coat the chicken wings with the seasoned flour mix.
Whisk an egg and dip the floured chicken wings in it.
Now, coat the chicken wings with the panko bread crumbs completely.
Deep fry the chicken wings for 4-5 minutes.
For the sweet chilli sauce, heat a pan,take hot sauce, honey, chilli flakes, Thai hot-chilli sauce, some water and butter. Bring it to a boil and cook it on low simmer till the liquid turns into a thick consistency.
In a deep bowl take the fried chicken wings, drizzle some sweet chilli sauce and toss it together.
In a small cup, take sour cream, sprinkle some salt and pepper and garnish with chives.
To Serve: Serve chicken wings with sweet chilli sauce and sour cream.
