Coriander Relish

Ingredients of Coriander Relish

  • 2-3 garlic cloves, peeled

    1 shallot, chopped

    1 avocado, chopped

    1 bunch chopped parsley

    125 gm bunch coriander, chopped

    75 ml olive oil

    2 Tbsp plain natural yogurt

    3 tsp lemon juice

    1 pinch fine sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

How to Make Coriander Relish

  • Place the garlic, shallot, avocado, parsley, coriander, olive oil, yogurt and lemon juice in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

    Season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
