Soak rice for at least 40 minutes.
Chop raw jack fruit & add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dhaniya powder and besan mix well.
Sprinkle some water & deep fry it,
Take yogurt in a bowl,
Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger & garlic paste, cinnamon sticks, bay leaf, cloves, green cardamom, slit green chillies, mint leaves, salt & mix well.
Add fried jackfruit to it & marinate.
Par boil rice with salt, green cardamom & oil.
Strain the rice & layer the biryani.
Add saffron, oil & drained rice water to it & cook for 10 minutes.
Add browned garlic, red chilli powder & roasted cumin to yogurt & mix well.
