Ingredients of Methi Paratha

  • 3 cups fenugreek leaves-chopped fine

    1/2 cup gram flour

    1 cup whole wheat flour salt to taste

    1/4 tsp asafoetida

    1/2 tsp chilli powder

    2 Tbsp ghee

    1 tsp finely chopped green chillies

    1 Tbsp chopped coriander leaves

    1/2 cup ghee for frying

How to Make Methi Paratha

  • This is made by kneading all the ingredients together and then rolling and cooking it like a normal paratha.
