One most the most loved sweet snacks of Bihar, thekua is also relished in states like Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand. These crunchy rounds are very easy to make with only four main ingredients.

- 200 gm flour
20 gm ghee
Almonds and cashew nuts
250 gm sugar
250 ml cooking oil
Take crushed almonds and cashew nuts, mix with ghee and sweet soda.
Keep mixing for about 5 minutes.
Add sugar in water and bring to boil.
Add water to the mixture to form dough.
Add oil in a vessel and let it heat.
Work with dough to make small roundels and drop them in oil to fry.
Fry until crisp, golden brown
